Fundamental Principles of Mediation

Mediation is guided by fundamental principles that ensure the process is fair and effective. These include impartiality, confidentiality, and voluntary participation. The mediator acts as a neutral facilitator, ensuring that both parties are heard in a fair and respectful manner. Everything discussed during the sessions remains confidential, creating a safe space for open and honest dialogue. Additionally, mediation is voluntary, meaning both parties participate by their own free will.
